    It is important that you have a time to relax because when you are relaxed you can forget the stress the problems that you have. For that there are different types of activities that you can do when you are having a bad day for example: you can exercise, do yoga, play soccer, voleyball, tennis, basketball, cheez or you can do other activities like: dancing, watch TV, listen to music, walk, read good books or sing your favorite songs Etc. People also find it relaxing to go with their friends or their families to the beach but for me the best activity to relax is chatting with my friends, that really relaxed

  2. Yoga is a Sanskrit term that can be translated as "effort" or "union". The concept has two great applications: on the one hand, it is about the set of physical and mental disciplines that originated in India and that seek to achieve spiritual perfection and union with the absolute; On the other hand, yoga is formed by modern practices that derive from the aforementioned Hindu tradition and that promote mastery of the body and a greater capacity for concentration. Nowadays, yoga is practiced by those who try to achieve the integration of the soul with God and by those who seek to develop their spiritual consciousness. Yoga is also usually considered as a kind of physical activity that helps improve body elongation and posture.
    There are multiple yoga schools and currents, which usually share the same bases. It can be said that, according to the Hindu doctrine on which yoga is developed, the essence of the human being is his soul, which is enclosed in the body. The body, in turn, can be divided into the physical, the mind, the intelligence and the ego.
    The full life is reached from the satisfaction of physical needs (with health and activities), psychological (access to knowledge and power) and spiritual (the pursuit of peace and happiness). By satisfying these needs, the being is in harmony.
    Among the many benefits of yoga, we can distinguish the physical and mental, exposed below.
    Physicists
    Yoga * Generally, it increases the energies of the body, freeing it of toxins, reinforcing its natural defenses against diseases and stimuli of its environment, and optimizing its functioning.
    * Improves the flexibility of muscles and joints, providing more vitality and agility.
    * Increase physical strength, working muscles while improving the overall appearance of our body.
    * It helps with the stimulation of metabolism and anabolic processes, with the circulation of energy and with the oxygenation of the body.
    * Thanks to the increased production of endorphins, it contributes to the reduction of pain and inflammation caused by some physical conditions, generating a state of relaxation.
    * Yoga is considered by many as a holistic medicine that prevents and heals chronic diseases; Various researches assure that it improves the condition of patients suffering from asthma, chronic fatigue, arthritis and arteriosclerosis, among other disorders.

    Relaxation
    Nowadays, I think people are so worried and stressful with their daily life activities. and I know that it is difficult to escape from routines because it is part of the life. However, having relaxing time will help to get a better life. So in my case as a student and as a teacher, I do extra activities to do not get stressful and can handle my daily activities such as stay sitting with my friends talking meanwhile drinking a delicious coffee, travel to new places and take pictures of the beautiful landscapes or visit my family will be relaxing too. Beside stay with people, I think staying alone will be relaxing too, like in my case that I love to read novels, check my social networks, listen to music or just sit and watch the sunset to think about my life. So in conclusion having relaxing time is so beneficial for me to have a healthy life.

    Time for relaxation.
    Personally I find really relaxing listen to music. I listen at least one hour of music every day and I have different bands for each kind of problem or stressed moment that I could have at that moment. Also I love horror movies and I find that watch horror movies is really relaxing. Although some people tell me the they got stressed after they seen a horror movie I think it depends on the kind of movie you choose, obviously you are not going to feel relaxed with a gore movie at least you love blood.
    When this 2 things doesn't work I always ca take a walk with my dog in a full moon night, personally I think the there is no person in the world that could see the moon and don't forget about their problems. In case of choosing a sport to relaxation I prefer swimming, I really feel that I could drown all my problems or stress in that swimming pool.

    Effects Positive or Negative in our Country.

    In our country we have a lot of positive things. The culture is amazing,our gastronomy is excellente,there is more friendly and responsable people that fallow the rules. But the other face of the coin is bad, is the Negative side, because we have a lot of corrupt politician that they do anything for our country every day we have bad quality in education,health and security. They want privatize everything in our Country for the ambitious of same people.
    There is man y people with a lot of hungry or with out a house.
    The delincuence is worst everyday. We need to change our mind ,our habits and work to have more posotive things in our country.

    I usually practice several activities with my son.
    Firstly in the morning, every day I go to the school with my son and always we take the bus because my son he is learning to write, read and spell.
    Then I return to school to bring him, then we arrive to house at 2:00 P.M. every day and we do the homework.
    We left for the afternoon to the mall to buy a lot of things,
    also les’t go to the park to walk and we play a lot.

  9. Nowadays we are always in a hurry! And as students we have a lot of things to do in the week.We don't have time to relax in any moment because we have a lot of tasks to do.Each day we have different assignments and some of them are easiest and other no.And we get stress so easily!When, I'm stress: I can't concentrate very well and change that stress into relax.I like to listen to English music for an hour before,I begin doing my homework in addition I love listening to music all the week all the day if it's possible other way I use to relax is watching movies at home. It's better because I feel comfortable and also I can cook my favorite food to watch it and in that way I'm enjoying the movie.When I have time.I also like to know new places.It can be a forest (nature makes me be relax and forget about stress for a while) or go to a relaxing or peaceful place.In other words we have to schedule our time, because in that way we organize our tasks and we won't be stress always.     How to relax myself
    I really like to be a relaxing person. I usually stay at home and enjoy the time with my family, we sometimes watch movies, TV series or just spend hours talking about life, friends, work, studies and many other things. That is very nice to us because we are only women in my house so I think it is easy to be talkative. Also I think is relaxing to watch YouTube videos. I can spend easily more than two hours just watching videos, it does not mind what kind of video it is. I have already watched several things there.
    I know that some people like to go to their country town to feel better and relaxed but as a person who was born in the city, it is not relaxing for me it is more like a stressful activity. I think is more relaxing to read a book or even play a game. I remember when I was a child I loved to go outside the house with my father and rode a bike or just bought an ice cream, I felt very happy, without other things in my mind. It was really relaxing but not anymore.

    Honduras is a country with a lot of society contrast. Some have had a lot opportunities and others must créate those opportunities themselves. A few months ago I have rea dan article that said “Over 60% of honduran citizens are unemploye“ it make me realize that we have Jobs available in our conuntry but sometimes we disagree to acept that many are kind of “modern slavery”. In my opinion this is the reason why undertake your own bussines, being your owb boss have become more popular in the last 10 years. Every day we see more friends, colleagues who have a job but also are trying to do something else sale cake or confection clothes, because here in Honduras many of us just discovered something that has been part of oriental life phylosofy for centuries, to change your Economy situationd and grow in that aspect you can’t live just with the pay check of somebody else bussines, since the owner can always hire somebody else.

  13. Every day we have different think to do, the work and the studies, etc and just at the moment when we go to our houses to rest or relax... the traffic of the people and cars interrupts us.
    I think that the stress is an old problem for the people, the age does not matter. The children also have this problem. The people search help and it is ok, maybe somebody doing sports, watching tv, playing video games, going a vacation etc.
    But also is important have a balance in this activities. In our city is a little complicated feel relaxed but is necesary that our main have a free time of problems because is healthy and if I healthy I can live more.
    We could do a schedule for we can fulfill all is necessary in our life. For example maybe we like watch tv, movies or Netflix anything for relax us but suddenly we go to bed really late and the next day we might feel tired and the differents activities have been stressful for this I repeat again is necessary a balance.

    -To do yoga helps your health.
    -if you practice yoga you're going to get relaxing your body and it's going to feel very well.
    -Many diseases caused by stress and disappear with yoga exercise.
    -Helps you to calm stress and improve your concentration.
    Many studies carried by universities had determined that to do yoga helps you to calm stress and improve your concentration. Many times we had felt stressed, tired and needing a rest and we take a lot of medicine but nothing helps us to relax; for that many psychologists are recomendig doing yoga exercises to feel better physically and mentally.

    Yoga exercises usually include slow movements, stretching, breathing exercises postures that relax the body and help maintain mental life and the best way to achieve a good result according to experts is to do it outdoors and noises or distractions. you know if you want physical and mental well-being take a few seconds and practice these tips.

    Relaxing!
    When I am studying at University sometimes I am very tired because I have many homework and I have three free hours, but I always feel stress. Because I only went three hours to University last period. So I was relaxed and happy! I really want vacations, I am going to travel to my town with my best friend. I am going to go home, Mom cooks my favorite dishes when I am there! And I am visiting my best friend. I want that! I need more time to feel relaxed. Although I am practicing exercises three days a week. If I run, go for a walk or maybe play soccer I will feel better with myself. People should go to the gym and at least exercise three hours a day to be healthy. In that way they will be more relaxed and forget about problems for a while.

  17. Honduras is very beautiful country, but the people who are governors make something that other people to see bad other country. But our president make too many things that is not clear and honest with the people.I think if we have a good president Honduras will be different, Honduras need a good governors inmediately because Honduras is going down and the members of the congress should be more organized, also Honduras need a good company to assess everything that happen in this country, only that maybe we will see changes and other countries see different.

    practice sports or doing exercise everyday is the most important to people have a good body and a heath life. When I do exercise, I feel relax. But there are people who don't like practice that. In addition people shoould eat balance food, for example: protein and carbohydrates. If you do it, you'll have a good heath. I've practiced sports since I was a child and I love do it because when I'm woory. After I feel better. So during this year, I've practice three sports are: soccer, hockey and athletics. I'm a person very heath. So I recomended to my friends and now they are in shape.

  19. After a long day at work, you probably want to relax and let go of the pressures of your day. Are you a person who finds it difficult to unwind? You’re not alone.

    Perhaps you have responsibilities at home that require your attention - cooking, cleaning, looking after the kids. Maybe you try to get a head start on the next day’s workload, by working into the night? Continuing on in this way can be physically and mentally taxing as your body continues to expend energy. Over time, this can have seriously impact your overall wellbeing.
    To relax and take off stress and make the most of my free time, he did these following activities that you can also use to relax.

    1.Schedule in your downtime
    Make downtime a specific goal and prioritise it by scheduling it into your day. It could be as simple as setting aside 5 minutes to do nothing after work. The same applies for date night or planned activities for exercise and play. Perhaps you can set a goal of achieving 3-5 relaxation activities during the work week and build them into your calendar.

    2.Disconnect
    No matter how you choose to unwind, it will be difficult to do if you are still thinking about work even when you’re out of the office. The first thing you should do as you step out of the office is to turn your work phone off. Avoid bringing work home with you. You deserve to save some time for yourself and your family after putting in most of your energy for the day into the office.

    3.Take a warm shower or bath
    The best way to leave work behind you is to wash away the tension from your body. Water has a calming effect on the mind and soul. Try a nice hot shower to help your muscles relax followed by a cool splash of cold water to energise the cells in your body. If you have a bath tub, light some aromatic candles and soak your body with some Epsom salts. Don’t forget to moisturise after a long soak!

    4.Unwind with exercise
    Work off the stress – literally. Exercise releases endorphins. You can’t argue with the science. Aside from that, regular physical exercise will help you feel happier and more energetic in the long run. Team sports have a great social element to them, but if you prefer to exercise alone, a good playlist can be just as good!

    5.Get out of the house
    A change of scenery after being cooped up indoors all day will help you relax. In fine weather, try seeking out nature – you don’t even have to go farther than your garden. Breathing in some fresh air and looking around the greenery can let your mind wander away from the office.

    6.Relax with music
    Seek some peace and quiet with some soothing tunes. The music you listen to influence your mood substantially. To promote calm, avoid fast and loud genres of music as it may only aggravate you and give you a headache. Slower music that you can close your eyes and breathe along with, will help to reduce your heartrate.

    7.Sleep tight
    There’s no better way to restore energy than getting a good night’s sleep. This can be challenging for many of us. To set yourself up for success, prepare early. Ensure that your bedroom is a place for sleep only by removing distractions that prevent you from sleeping. Once you’re in bed, you are there to sleep. Avoid checking your phone and power down your electronics at least half an hour before going to bed.

  20. Taekwondo
    Some students of the UPNFM practice Taekwondo. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, it uses several kick techiques to attack and hands to defend. For me the Taekwondo is a sport with a great discipline where are relaxed and can have better concetration. As a team, we practice from 5:30 to 7 PM. First we start the class with a greeting. Then, we have to worm up because before training warming up is very important to avoid lesions. After worm up we practice many kinds of kicks. We finish the training with flexibility that is for avoid lesions too and calm down. After that we line up in front of our couch and say goodbye to the class. To exercise in a sport discipline help people in our life. For example: to have less risk of obesity, drug addiction, other conditions that afect physical, mental and emotional health moreover it helps to improve the health. Taekwondo is a good sport.

    “The lost city of the monkey god”
    Historically this lost city was found by HERMAN CORTEZ in 1526, at Honduras in the Mosquitia. Which was an unknown during many year´s and only few explorators, researchers and antropologers, many year´s later in 2010 researchers mapped the zone vial satellites and this new technology colled LIDAR “Ligth Detection and Ranging” that cost 1.6 million of dollars, with the help of expert anthropologer´s experts in botany and military personnel. While working together, they exceeded their expectations, even though they were in very deep forests with a lot of ecosystem. Sob this lost city got to be one of the main treasures of Honduran tourism it discovery was very expensive, hard and very dangerous because many of the crew were getting infected by leishmianasis an illness which was transmitted by mosquitos. The territory of this city is very large so only 144 square kilometers and as a matter of foet the citizens of this city were not related to the Mayan civilization. This discoverement was a very important achievement for Honduran people, getting us many new foreign visitors the majority of them are eager to take the dare of coming to visiting this place although it was categorized os a dangerous place.

    Relaxtion is something that every single human being do or try to do of some moments in our lives , Some people do it in their daily lives when they are facing lots of stressful situations or anxiety that can riun our daily lives by morning feel sick .     My family is big. Here are two children and six girls, mother and father.
    We had living in the town of Gualala Santa Barbara, my mother had working for we.
    I studied in a beautiful school in the town after I studied in the Normal Mixta Santa Bárbara, after of the graduation. I traveled to Tegucigalpa and I worked in school and help to my mother.
    I'm married and I have a beautiful daugther, actually I continue working and living in Valle de Angeles but always visit my beautiful town, al though my mother in no longer with me, she has already died.
    I'm very positive and enterprising person, I like to set goals and fight until. I reach them and thank god I'm very very happy person.

    It’s good to have a time to relax in these moments when the life run fastly. I like to be with some friends in my countryside where firstly I invite them to help me to cut the grass, some bushes and take care the plants. It depends the season of the year we are. Later I like to cook roast meat with firewood.
    Finished the meal we walk toward to the river or we have some horses we can ride them. In the river if the water is little cold just put your feet or walk up the river or down where we can see the drops of water sitting on huge stones . There are two falls. When the weather is cloudy we can take a four wheel drive car get into the mountains through the small paths .It’s an amazing adventure. The night beginning to get dark and come back at home where the lumber are waiting to be burned in middle the night with a lot of fancy talking and drinking something hot around the fire making laugh at the friends. When the night is advanced everyone is looking for a place to sleep. Always, It good to have relaxation time for health.

    I would like my think about putsch. It was in 2009, the president who was in that moment was Jose Manuel Zelaya Rosales. He has been one of the best presidents in Honduras. So, he wanted still being the president of Honduras but the international laws did not accept because it was against the laws. Manuel Zelaya was removed of the president position, citizens went to protest to the streets because the majority would want he for president. People died in the protest and the country felt down, the petroleum prize went up, the basic grains went up and the teachers were affected with their benefits. I think that was wrong because the actual president could be reelect because he changed the Honduras constitution but the differences between both presidents is that people do not like Juan Orlando. He has not done things that “Mel” did when he was president. The country just can change if citizen change. We should stop choosing corrupt people.

    Stress it can be the cause of many illnesses. So it would be better if people try to control it to avoid those dangerous illnesses. In daily life, there are several kinds of stress. The stress is caused by different problems as: due to work, home problems, tax problems, those are the most common.
    To not have stress people make some relaxing things that work as exercises. Some of them are: Listen to music at night or during the work, take a walk for a park and maybe doing hobbies if you have one as drawing, coloring or singing and dancing.
    Other people face the stress with going to the cinema or going to the supermarket or mall. Probably if people do not look for ways to control stress, they will get an angry life and bad mood at facing any situation. Sat the end, after avoiding the stress people can have a healthy life

  28. Actually, I'm taking six classes in the university, so I have problems with my schedule because in some cases I need to dream or take snaps but I can't. My classes starts at 7:00 am and ends at 8:00 pm every single day. So the weekends are my days for relaxing my life and I practice Yoga. Yoga, for me, is a relaxing sport that unify my muscles and my mind in the best way. The yoga makes me feel better when I'm stressed because I'm be able to forget all the problems and homework that I have to do. But according to the experts Yoga, is a philosophy which first developed in India, in which physical exercises and meditation are believed to help people to become calmer and united in spirit with God. Now I recommend that you make Yoga for relaxing your life. If you're stressed, practice Yoga, your life will be better and healthy.

    When it happened from Monday to Friday and all day in the university it brings great stress. I have worked so many problems that occur throughout the week stresses me a lot, I think that taking a moment to relax is very important for our health. According to the means of practicing some sport, exercising, playing an instrument decreases the level of stress. Personally, on Saturdays I always play soccer with my friends, so I will de-stress a little.

    In Honduras is important the electoral process.
    Republic Constitution Say: President relection is ilegally. In 2009 the Mr. Manuel Zelaya president tried to re-lect by four years more being this ilegal causing the famous called putsch, being ousted from the presidency.
    In 2014 we had a new president his name is Juan Orlando Hernandez has been governing for 4 years then he managed to change fo The Constitution law in his favor by reelecting for 4 more years. The displeasure of the Honduran population was felt, because He won ilegally and currently governs for another 4 years. The negative impact was noticed:
    • High cost of the basic basket and fuel
    • There are no medicines in the Hospitals and Health Centers of our country
    • High index of corruption by our authorities
    • High indices of femicide
    • Delicuencia and many dead daily
    • Lack of employment opportunities
    • Lack of opportunities to study for scarce economic resources
    • No salary increases
    • The Magisterium is on the ground
    I believe that as Hondurans we have needed identity and love for Honduras.
    and then we only have those that we have the opportunity to prepare to take advantage of and succeed in being the agent of change in our country

    This is a my opinion about the Honduras Education, I am didn’t agree with the educational process in Honduras, because education in Honduras has no competition and has no support and also Honduras education it is abandoned for a long time, what I do not understand is that there are people from the Government who come to the media and they say that the educational process is improving in a significant wayand I think that the education of our beloved Honduras is very bad.
    That is why when we finish graduating from a college or a university and we go looking for a job and there the problem begins we realize that we do not have the capacity we have to have, the point is, we will graduate without knowing anything or it will be that we did not want to learn, it will be we want to blame third parties for your mistake, if we want to be a good professional we have to fight for what we want and I want to say something more, we do not have to be subordinates from an economic source or from someone else or will be that you are conformist, and the only thing to know how to say "in Honduras there are no opportunities at all" because, if life gives you lemon lemonade and on the other hand, I see that today's youth does not want to work or study, they just want an easy life and when I tell you that they want an easy life, you already know what I mean, outside of Honduras, other countries look at us like a third world country and you think that sounds good for someone fighting for a goal.   36. Corruption, the Evill of the 21st Century, corruption has been a serious problem during these last years, corruption is the act of corrupting, especially of the government political class. Honduras was the most corrupt of C.A.
    Honduras is currently the country of C.A., which has the best evaluation by its citizens, about, its effort in the fight against corruption.
    If we look at the current world and history, we notice that corrupt societies are the most attracted, they do not progress and are condemned to economic stagnation and begging. Corruption is like a cancer that affects and deteriorates the quality of life of all the inhabitants of a country.
    In other words, there are no corrupt human beings, but a corrupt society in which human beings act. All countries have corruption and corrupt human beings. The difference in part lies in how tolerated is the corruption in that society.
